images/icones/icon9.gif  Where to start. Well, I'm trying to start this place of happiness and retreat for those that really need it. "I do." Karen's death has been hard and I'm needing to get back in touch with you guys. Post, don't be shy. We're all friends here, OK?
The picture I posted of the baby was a test photo. I dont' won't you all to think it's gone wierd here already. But, that might be a good thing.

My orginal bout with bc was 2/89 .I have had bone mets since 2/04 and now liver and soft tissue mets in my pelvis since 8/06.  I have had femara, xeloda, taxol/avastin and now aon a clinical trial of alimta/gemzar which has been hard on me.

I am 54 years old and have been amrried for 31 years.  We don't have any children, but do have two Airedale Terriers that keep me company.  The dogs keep me going as they need their walks every day so even when I feel bad I go out and walk both of them.

I am here to learn about treatments that have worked for others, support, and to hear about spome good th9ings that happen in peoples lives.  We all have so much on oiur plate dealing with this disease.
