 Make yourself familiar with the
angels, and behold them frequently
in spirit; for without being
seen, they are present with you.

I am not a huge red meat(or frog) eater...simply cuz it's not always my favorite dish, but this is really good.

Buy the thin sliced carne asada type meat.
With a meat mallet give it a few good whacks. (very therapuetic, sp?)
On one side of meat, sprinkle liberally w/ lemon juice, then some garlic salt and fresh ground pepper.
Roll each piece of meat up like a cig smile/petard.gif& refrigerate for a few hours or over-night.

Unroll the meat and fry in olive oil....since the meat is thin frying takes no time at all.

All 6 in my family just love this.   smile/counass.gif

Time, hope & prayers,
Mary Fatima

OH that sounds good. Will try it, if it's OK for a diet. Yes, we've gained weight around here and we're trying to be good. Anybody got a de-lite-ful way to cook eggplant? Or jazz up any other veggies http://www.aceboard.net/kator/smiley57.abgif
